It's variant on one of churchills comebacks.
His other good one was
Bessie Braddock "Winston, you're drunk" Churchill "Bessie, you're ugly. But tomorrow I will be sober".
And the original Lady Astor to Churchill: "Winston, if I were your wife I'd put poison in your coffee." Winston: "Nancy, if I were your husband I'd drink it."
